Our client, a leading science and technology company, is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Field Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Field Service Operations supporting various teams across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer service mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)
What's the Job?
Must have solid Salesforce experience
- Prepare and process repair quotations, including converting leads and managing Salesforce cases.
- Verify contract pricing entitlements and work closely with Field Sales to pursue quotations.
- Create work orders and verify product availability while supporting collection efforts.
- Ensure customer contact and address information is accurate for service data management.
- Support the Digital Sales Team and Field Service Coordinators as needed.
- Prepare and process repair quotations

What's Needed?
- B.S. in Business Management, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum one-year work experience in a sales-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong typing skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
