Our client, a leader in the energy industry, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist Associate to join their team. As a Sales Support Specialist Associate, you will be part of the sales support team, providing essential assistance to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: $20.71 per hour

- Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders, quotations, contracts, and other sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups are logged.
- Support sales representatives in partnership with other members of the sales support team.
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and promotions to assist the sales team and customers effectively.
- Identify recommendations for process efficiency based on issues raised by the sales team.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of applicable experience, preferably in the energy industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to write formulas & create pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
