Risk Program Manager (BA) (Pennington)

Our client, a leader in technology and innovation, is seeking a Risk Program Manager (BA) to join their team. As a Risk Program Manager, you will be part of the Global Technology Model Governance Portfolio Manager team supporting critical oversight and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pennington, NJ (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

• Lead the review, oversight, and monitoring of the AI, model, and critical use spreadsheet portfolio for Global Technology.
• Assist in the coordination and maintenance of documentation and compliance with Enterprise AI, Model Risk Management, and Critical Use Spreadsheet Policies.
• Drive the model risk strategy through monitoring and oversight of model inventory and governance adherence.
• Educate new model owners on documentation and procedures to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Participate in governance forums to monitor model inventory health and drive solutions for risk identification and control gap management.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on risk management.
• Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations.
• Proven project management experience, particularly in process creation and implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong time management and organizational skills with a focus on accountability.
