As a Quality Assurance & Shipping Manager, you will be part of the operations supporting quality and shipping excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality Assurance & Shipping Manager
Location: Dayton, Texas
Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000
What's the Job?
- Supervise quality assurance and shipping personnel on daily activities.
- Ensure quality exceeds customer expectations while complying with ASTM standards.
- Develop procedures to eliminate internal and external quality problems.
- Communicate current quality status and trends to all levels of management.
- Maintain and coordinate all DOT requirements.

What's Needed?
- Professional training or a 2-year associate degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of work-related experience in quality assurance or manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
