We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support headcount management, vendor analysis, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with technology leadership to support both business people strategy and communication strategy while producing high-quality materials for senior management.

✅ Headcount & Vendor Management – Oversee resource allocation, time booking, and vendor data analysis
✅ Business Intelligence & Reporting – Manage key reporting initiatives and provide strategic insights
✅ Cross-functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to improve operations, reporting, and quality
✅ Senior Management Communication – Create high-quality materials, ensuring clear and concise messaging
✅ Risk & Compliance Management – Ensure all processes align with regulatory and compliance standards
✅ Regulatory & Administrative Support – Oversee staffing, quality, and risk management initiatives
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5-8 years of relevant experience in Project Management & Communications
✔ Extensive experience in strategic analysis & reporting
✔ Strong financial services industry background, especially in technology & data mining
✔ Exceptional communication skills – Proofreading, editing, and writing for senior leadership
✔ Proven ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive environments
