Our client, a leader in the gaming industry, is seeking a Games Category Manager to join their team. As a

Program Manager Non Tech 2/Games Category Manager, you will be part of the Consumer Sales Organization supporting the Americas gaming team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for gaming, which will align successfully in the organization.

Program Manager Non Tech 2/Games Category Manager

Location: Redmond, WA (Remote, Puget Sound Area preferred)

Pay Range: $40-$45/ Hourly

What's the Job?

  • Provide support to oversee P&L for the Games product portfolio, making recommendations to manage our portfolio across retailer accounts.
  • Manage assets to support new product launches, ensuring timelines are met by collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Forecast new and existing products by analyzing historical data to scope the size of new launching titles.
  • Build and maintain launch allocation trackers for new titles based on insights and retailer feedback.
  • Support reporting initiatives, including weekly title reports and allocation reporting, to strengthen category management.

What's Needed?

  • 3-5 years of experience managing category or product, preferably with a retail channel partner.
  • Experience working within the Gaming industry.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop accurate business plans and forecasts.
  • Experience planning and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Minimum 6 months working within the Consumer Sales Org at Microsoft.
