As a Product Support Engineer, you will be part of the technical support department, providing essential assistance to dealers and stakeholders. What's the Job?

  • Provide specialized technical assistance to dealers and stakeholders to resolve complex product technical concerns.
  • Utilize workshop tools to facilitate effective solutions for technical issues.
  • Conduct onsite training for customer support personnel to enhance their technical capabilities.
  • Work independently with general supervision to manage and resolve technical inquiries.
  • Influence others within the job area by clearly explaining facts, policies, and practices related to technical support.

What's Needed?

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field.
