As a Contract Analyst, you will be part of the procurement department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and effective problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contract Analyst 
Location: New Albany, OH (Hybrid - three days in office, two days remote)
Pay Range: $46 per hour
Contract: 12 mo contract to hire

What's the Job?

• Assist in the creation and administration of commercial contracts, focusing on federal government grant awards.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for contracts involving federal government grant awards.
• Execute sourcing strategies based on category manager guidance and leading practices.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional category teams during sourcing events.
• Develop negotiating strategies and lead negotiations for contracts.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience, including experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Supply chain category management experience, preferably within the utility, manufacturing, or construction industry.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with business partners and stakeholders.
