We are seeking an Application Architect to provide hands-on production support for the Power Billing application of a wholesale energy company. The ideal candidate is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Utilities billing component v1.6.x, with strong skills in PL/SQL, Pro*C, and Oracle Utilities. This role requires the ability to read and debug customization code in Rules Language and develop enhancements to existing functionality. A background in retail or wholesale Utility energy billing is strongly preferred, along with functional knowledge of major bill determinants.
