As a Stage Manager, you will be part of the live production team supporting high-profile events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Freelancer - Stage Manager

Location: Research Triangle Park, NC 

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with event producers to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results.
• Coordinate onsite activities with C-suite executives and senior-level stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
• Manage and cue talent during live events, maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Oversee stage logistics while coordinating with freelance production crew and resolving on-the-spot challenges.
• Navigate and adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic environment of live productions with poise and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in live-production, video production, or event management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with high-level executives.
• Exercises good judgment and initiative when making decisions or addressing challenges.
• A solid understanding of live-production processes, tools, and terminology.
• Ability to work flexible hours on an as-needed basis.
