- Compliance Guru: Oversee stormwater, air, and waste permits, tracking and reporting data.
- Training Leader: Create and lead environmental compliance training for teams.
- Manufacturing Ally: Partner with safety and quality teams in a CNC, robotic welding, and shipping-heavy environment.

What You Need:
- Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering.
- 5+ years in industrial environmental roles.
- ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System (EMS)
extensive regulation experience, auditing and implementation - Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA regs.
- MS Office and CAD skills (AutoCAD a plus).
- Strong communication and problem-solving chops.
The Job:
- Ability to obtain certifications for RCRA Hazardous Wastes MGMT, Texas Hazardous Industrial Waste MGMT, Hazmat Ground Shipper, and HAZWOPER (Incident Commander Level V).
- Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, SARA, DOT HAZMAT).
- Utilize Lean principles, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies to improve production processes.
