Our client, a dynamic player in the HVAC industry, is seeking a DDC Project Manager to join their team. As a DDC Project Manager, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to communicate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: DDC Project Manager

Location: On Site, Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range: $70,000 - $105,000 yearly salary + 15% yearly bonus

What's the Job?

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and finalize projects according to specifications and schedules while maintaining budget constraints.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Set goals and objectives for the team and manage performance accordingly.
• Manage field staff and subcontractors, minimizing project risks until successful completion.
• Encourage team collaboration by sharing ideas and opinions for each project.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of DDC Project Management experience.
• Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent people and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours/weekends as required.
