Our client in the construction industry will be seeking a Construction Manager to join their team soon. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Construction and Demolition team supporting the project. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Marietta , PA 17547 100% Onsite 

Pay Range: $67-75/hr.

Job Type: 1-3 year contract with the potential to convert/FTE

What's the Job?

• Responsible for the safe day-to-day management of the Construction and Demolition works including temporary and enabling activities.
• Provide Construction expertise and input to the Detailed Design, Procurement, Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation phases of the project.
• Ensure that all Construction and Demolition requirements are properly considered in safety, operability, maintainability, design, cost, and schedule aspects of the project.
• Monitor and organize the construction and demolition activities associated with the Project.
• Ensure that a comprehensive Construction and Demolition Plan is prepared and updated, which coordinates all Project construction and demolition activities.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in recognized construction management qualifications.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence the design to ensure that the new or modified plant and/or building is capable of being constructed and maintained in a safe manner.
• Ability to liaise with the relevant project, corporate and site engineering and technical functions on all construction and demolition aspects of the project.
