As a Technical Support Tech I, you will be part of the technical support department supporting server and network hardware operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to communicate technical information effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Support Tech I

Location: New Albany, OH

Pay Range: $25/hr on Experis W2

• Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.
• Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.
• Utilize a solid understanding of computers, servers, and network devices for diagnostics.
• Communicate advanced technical information to individuals with varying technical knowledge.
• Contribute to strong inter and intra-team development through effective collaboration.
