As a Cisco TV Engagement Manager, you will be part of the service delivery team supporting Cisco TV operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent team management abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage the delivery of services to ensure adherence to contract scope and expectations.
- Act as the primary representative to the client for all contracted services.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with team performance.
- Oversee team members, including performance evaluations and morale initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.

What's Needed?
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience in video production or management.
- Minimum of 2 years in a management position with a focus on people management.
- Experience with video production methodologies and resource management.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with remote clients and stakeholders.
- Direct responsibility for writing and delivering performance appraisals.
