Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Big Data Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Big Data Solutions Architect, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Big Data Solutions Architect

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid 3x

Pay Range: Based on the experience 

Mode - Fully W2 No C2C

What's the Job?

  • Innovate and leverage technologies in the Big Data, Data Analytics, and Data Warehousing realms.
  • Deliver architecture and usage patterns across a variety of solutions, partnering with analytic teams and stakeholders.
  • Design and architect robust data warehouse solutions that support complex analytical workloads.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of big data technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and data engineers, promoting best practices in data architecture.

What's Needed?

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of technical solutions experience, including 3+ years in relevant enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience with varied data processing engines and strategies such as Databricks, Snowflake, and Big Query.
  • Deep understanding of virtualization and containerized platforms like OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to work independently and lead project teams effectively.
