Our Fortune 500 client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking an App Assurance Manager to join their team. As an App Assurance Manager, you will be part of the Microsoft Security engineering division supporting the App Assure team. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a keen sense of organization which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: App Assurance Manager

Location: Hybrid: Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, or Las Colinas TX

Pay Range: $40/hr

What's the Job?

• Manage technical relationships between the Security team and key strategic ISVs (independent software vendors).
• Drive co-engineering initiatives between Security and ISVs.
• Partner with CSS and product teams to remove technical roadblocks and discuss product roadmaps with ISV engineering teams.
• Represent the App Assure team in engineering initiatives and feature previews to drive key business outcomes.
• Track and improve Partner satisfaction with our platform, providing regular reports on impact and opportunities.

What's Needed?

• Desire and eagerness to help customers successfully deploy our technologies.
• Strong collaboration, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and streamline complex orchestrations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies.
