Description
The Sales Performance team is primarily responsible for the accuracy and integrity of sales information and processes enabling timely and accurate information and trusted insights for stakeholders to enable key business decisions, track performance and run effective processes for customer onboarding, billing and contracting.
The Sales Enablement Analyst will focus specifically on key sales processes for customer onboarding, billing and contracting, ensuring integrity through strong collaboration and effective communication with the GTM, billing, onboarding and legal teams.

- Experience in an environment supporting sales in implementing tasks where multitasking, accuracy and adherence to policy and process is highly important.

- You've had a track record in identifying processes improvements with a customer (internal or external) mindset and effecting and communicating changes.

Work that matters - What you'll be doing
- Process core sales tasks and requirements to support the sales teams to deliver proposals and contracts with customers and ensure onboarding and billing information is accurate to establish new customer orders effectively.
- Work with the Go to Market (Sales) team and key downstream process owners, acting as a gate to ensure integrity of process and collaborate with sales teams to ensure that process is adhered too.
- Work alongside sales and sales operations teams to drive consistent and complete Salesforce reporting.
- Running and ensuring accuracy of reports for clients and stakeholders as well as collating key information for Vendor and Customer Due Dilligence.
Qualifications
More about you

- Experienced and proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and ideally proficient in CRM systems (particularly salesforce)
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative and a proactive approach to improving processes and educating people to get information right the first time.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and develop working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders and day-to-day contacts.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills is highly desirable as well as experience in CRM systems (particularly Salesforce).
- Knowledge or experience in customer onboarding, billing and contracts is also a desired experience.
