Experian's Financial Services & Data (FSD) is looking for a Program Manager to lead multiple complex client implementations of our Ascend product suite and other projects.

Program Managers are a crucial part of the Experian team, as they lead custom implementations of our market-leading software.

You will report to: FSD Program Management leader

Responsibilities

As an FSD Program Manager, you will be part of a team to support both client-facing programs and internal strategic programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple complex client implementations of our Ascend products from launch to completion alongside a project team spanning teams
  • Create project documentation including project plans, deliverables and their owners, communication plans, project status and risks
  • Provide direction to the project team by tracking and managing project deliverables, risks, and escalations
  • Report project status and risks to partners
  • Collaborate to deliver an excellent client experience and identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement to the business
  • Collaborate internally with Sales and other internal functions to lead process improvements and transparency

Types of programs:

  • Client implementations for Ascend products
  • Client remediation work related to Ascend products
  • Client facing cloud migrations
  • New product launches


Qualifications

Education/Certifications

  • BA or BS is required
  • PMP or PgMP Certification

Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of client-facing project management experience
  • Translate technical matters into terms understood by business professionals
  • (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Salesforce, and SmartSheet tools
