Description
Reporting to the Product Leadership team, the Product Manager - Expert will be accountable for some of Experian Health's patient access products both existing products and driving new products, product enhancements, and go-to-market strategies through identification of market problems, client pain points, product positioning, roadmap opportunity, and revenue attainment.
You will:
- You will assess competitor products, services, and market trends to strengthen Experian Health's solution set in the market and lead business process improvement projects, partnerships, and product marketing strategies.
- Establish deep product expertise from a product and market perspective by understanding buyer and user personas, features and functionality, Return on investment, value proposition, architecture, competitive landscape, voice of customer, and market trends to lead/own a product/portfolio strategy
- Leverage market intelligence, regulatory shifts, client feedback, and company partner feedback to define and prioritize enhancements (features or operational tools), writing product requirements, and new products into a product roadmap
- As an Agile framework expert, establish and monitor important metrics to increase adoption of Agile processes and tools in partnership with the Product Owner to write product requirements, communicate priorities for sprint and release plans, participates in backlog refinement and retrospectives
- Responsible for forecasting and tracking against budget, maintaining a product-level P&L, and tracking product key performance indicators (KPIs). May also contribute and participate in business level strategy discussions and plans
- Communicates and collaborates with partners (i.e. development, marketing, sales, implementation, client success, legal/risk, finance) in efforts to support their product(s) in market
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3+ year's experience in the healthcare industry, within healthcare revenue cycle is required
- 3+years' experience as a Product Manager within Healthcare Revenue Cycle
- 3+ years' experience leading product and innovation organizations leveraging practical models
- Data-driven product professional that has shipped product in a matrix environment, product experience from a growth-stage startup
- Grasp strategic initiatives of target accounts, to synthesize several technologies and capabilities, and to create project / product propositions to address our clients' needs
- Ability to look at multi-dimensional data to guide value-based roadmaps, anticipating internal and external uncertainties to drive better product plans
- Understand technical, compliance, competition, and market concepts to make decisions on tradeoffs required to deliver value to Experian clients.
- Lead new concepts around build, buy, partner models, and develop new products and services
