As a Manager, PMO you will report to Experian Health. You will be responsible for a select subset of Project Managers who may range in skills from a Project Specialist to an Expert Project Manager, directly manage these team members and their success, their portfolio of projects, prompt delivery, execution, and quality.
Beyond daily management of your team, the Manager will contribute to continued growth amongst the broader team, help define, prioritize, develop, and improve processes within the project life cycle and client delivery model.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Plan, staff, review, and organize project assignments for a department or major group within the department
- Provide leadership, coaching, guidance, training, and staff development, and the performance management process
- Help manage departmental fiscal and operational, goals and objectives
- May participate with senior management in the development of innovative delivery models and operational goals
- Remain aware of internal company environment, competitive environment, market trends and developments, provide input to senior management to develop procedures that affect departmental operations and may affect other teams
- Collaborate with management to develop schedules and procedures, to allow accurate project completion and seamless transition into a production/operations environment
- Direct project management staff in the development, monitoring, update, and execution of plans for client delivery projects including, collaboration, communication, financial analysis, resource planning and allocation, risk management planning, budget management and change control
- Research and recommend tools and approaches to help facilitate our growth in project management
- Promote project governance and act as an escalation point, or as a step in as project sponsorship is needed

Experience and Skills
- Available to travel 25%
- 4-7+ years healthcare revenue cycle within project management
- 3-5+ years' managing a team
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in Project Management from the Project Management Institute
- Bachelor degree, Masters degree and HFMA CRCR preferred
