Summary
You will collaborate with Finance teams across all North American businesses, supporting both department-specific analyses and region-wide projects aimed at enhancing planning and reporting dashboards. As an important partner in a growing team, you will gain valuable experience and access to further growth opportunities. You will report directly to the FP&A Revenue Manager and work directly with an Operating Unit (Employee Services) of Experian's business. This is an individual contributor role.
Main Responsibilities
- Revenue Analysis: Conduct analysis of revenue drivers, with a focus on new business and Annual Contract Value conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Partner with implementation and sales operations teams to provide insights related to implementation timelines and revenue in implementation over time. Identify and bring visibility to revenue that is 'stuck'.
- Revenue Recognition: Understand revenue recognition processes and rules within financial systems and their impact on Power BI tools used for sales accomplishment.
- Sales Finance Support: Collaborate with the sales finance team to ensure accurate interpretation of revenue by client, ensuring precise sales accomplishment. Note: You won't be involve in commissions plan design or calculations.
- Month-End Close and forecast Support: Support the month-end close and forecast processes. Prepare monthly management reports, forecast inputs and participate in calls with departments and partners.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in revenue analysis and reporting processes, promote process improvements, and standardize financial reporting and analysis models.

Experience and Skills
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including month-end processes, forecasting, reporting modeling, fixed assets, GL and budget management.
- Support finance professionals with a focus on customer service and responsiveness.
- Analytical Proficiency: Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and P&L analysis.
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences being able to work with all organizational levels, including senior leaders.
- Technical Competence: Advanced English level and proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) and familiar with financial systems and tools such as Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau, Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView.
