Description
- You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director Engineering.
- This is Technical Engineering Manager role - You will manage team alongside being Individual contributor
- You will help to form the engineering team for the analytics domain.
- You are responsible for designing, developing and deploying software solutions while leading a small team.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality, scalable and efficient code.
- You will guide the team, set technical direction and ensure successful delivery, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 8+ years- Strong in Python
- Our solutions are cloud-based in AWS or Azure. Python is the principal required skillset, particularly FastAPI. These are managed through CI/CD pipelines
- Team leadership experience
- Experience of the full development lifecycle
- The ability to work with offshore teams from different cultures and background
- Write clean, scalable code, with a view towards design patterns and security best practices
- Experience with maintaining or using pipelines for building & deployment
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Azure or AWS development
- Good understanding of application security principles
- Knowledge of containerized solutions, Kubernetes, Docker
- Passion for continually pushing and improving how we build/test/prove our services
