Description
About this role
- Engineering Director with exceptional cloud based fintech product development experience
- Strong stakeholder management, working in multinational matrix organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding communication skills and self-initiated
- Strong Knowledge with system computing in cloud environments
- Responsible for developing, supporting, maintaining our AWS/Azure/Databricks based products, as well as deep involvement with the group as we architect, design, and build automated DevSecOps pipelines for the platform.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in complex software-based solution delivery
- Experience with supporting R, Python, H2O, SAS, or other tools is a plus.
- Experience with agile methodology for software engineering.
- Experience in the network and security domains related to software engineering & development efforts.
- Bachelor degree in Technical discipline; Masters preferred
- Excellent presentation and consultative skills.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and self-starter
- Financial Industry experience preferred
