Description
We are thrilled to announce that Experian has acquired NeuroID. Since 2023, NeuroID has partnered with Experian to provide the latest behavioral analytics, combating identity theft and advanced fraud attacks. Now, as part of Experian's CrossCore® on the Experian Ascend Technology Platform™, we continue to lead the charge in proactive fraud detection and seamless user experiences.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage our digital channels - the NeuroID.com website, LinkedIn, and HubSpot. As we integrate with the Experian digital channels, you will play a crucial part in data sharing and brand alignment while helping generate leads for the Fraud, Innovation, and Commercialization (FIC) business unit, which NeuroID sits in.
You will report to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Support multi-channel demand generation strategies across the website, LinkedIn, email, events, and other areas to reach new audiences, grow leads, and increase pipeline revenue.
- Manage marketing tools (HubSpot, Looker Studio, WordPress, Supermetrics, LinkedIn Business Suite, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console) to ensure data is connected and flowing.
- Manage the HubSpot database specifically, including designing and executing email nurture campaigns and integrating with SalesForce; leverage the existing database to create buyer personas for custom email nurtures.
- Initiate strategies for a/b testing in email marketing, ads, and the website.
- Support the NeuroID brand on social media channels, focusing on daily monitoring of user engagement (comments, likes, shares, reposts of our content) and content performance.
- Collaborate with sellers to maximize marketing campaigns and handoff of leads, including supporting ABM initiatives.
- Manage and leverage reporting through Looker Studio to measure KPIs and track pipeline revenue/conversions against marketing campaigns; use data to analyze the customer journey and define areas of improvement.
- Oversee the setup and execution of campaigns designed to create leads, nurture prospects, and guide conversions while exploring new strategies to grow these metrics.
Qualifications
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Understand the varying specs for graphics needed across different channels.
- Experience generating sales leads through intentional demand-gen strategies.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
