Description

This role is primarily responsible for fostering strategic relationships with Experian Clients and becoming a trusted advisor to all levels within The Client's domain, from C-suite Executives to Heads and Managers of various Operating Divisions within The Client organisation. Core to becoming a trusted advisor is ensuring unbiased insights are shared and support is provided to The Client, thus supporting the achievement of target Client goals and objectives and ultimately ROI targets. Key to the role is the ability to provide solutions to clients based on data, analytics, software and processes.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Economics, Business or Analytics
  • 10+ years credit industry experience with at least 2+ years managing a credit portfolio with associated strategy setting and delivery, team management and P&L responsibilities
  • Actively sponsored or owned or participated as a senior team member in a decision engine implementation project, a scorecard implementation project or similar
  • Experience in consumer or commercial lending (both will be advantageous) and in the retail, banking or telco industries
