Description
We are now at the point in our transformation journey where we need to think broader than the technology we are implementing and focus more on enhancing the engagement and adoption of the new tools and processes that we are streamlining and introducing to the business.
Reporting to Operational Excellence Manager. You will be a key translator across multiple teams and BU's to ensure everyone understands how the changes impact them and why it is important to adopt the new ways of working - this is central to our goals this year and will improve our benefits throughout the P2C journey for not only our colleagues but also our Clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Organise, administer and facilitate the Change Management process for COT (Commercial Operations Transformation)
- Develop a communication strategy to support messaging to all partner groups across the transformation programme
- Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify partners to ensure operational readiness plans:
- User training
- Report on change readiness, and adoption metrics to partners at Project and Programme Steerco.
- A bridge between change and the our users to ensure that activities are planned and completed to allow the business to implement the agreed changes and realise the business benefits
- Be the single point of contact for governance queries and ambassadors for the governance standards.
- Support the production of COT Governance quarterly status reporting for distribution across the Leadership teams.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years experience managing elements of business change within a complex, multi-project programme,
- Manage Risks, Change Requests and Dependencies across the transformation of the P2C process.
- Cross functional change at project and programme level
- Experience driving and maintaining governance frameworks to support transformation programmes
- Desirable - working knowledge of the frameworks for project and continuous improvement methods such as LEAN, PRINCE2 and AGILE.
- Project Management skills
- Commercial awareness of change impact
- Governance background
