Responsável por criar e comunicar a visão estratégica dos produtos de dados, colaborando com as áreas de negócio e de tecnologia com o objetivo de identificar desafios e oportunidades onde os dados podem prover uma solução. Será responsável por criar, priorizar e gerenciar o backlog dos seus respectivos produtos de dados.
Qualifications
O QUE BUSCAMOS EM VOCÊ!
- Experiência em gestão de produtos utilizando métricas e metodologias ágeis.
- Diferencial ter atuado com produtos de dados e produtos digitais.
- Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis como Scrum, Kanban, entre outros.
- Forte capacidade de influenciar outras áreas da empresa para garantir qualidade nas entregas e prazos acordados.
- Capacidade para solucionar problemas com visão de negócios, usando tecnologia e dados.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Atuação diária com as áreas de negócio, times de desenvolvimento, arquitetura e governança.
- Colaboração e a comunicação entre equipes multidisciplinares, garantindo, assim, a evolução das entregas de acordo com o roadmap definido.
- Trabalhar próximo às partes interessadas da companhia para identificar desafios e oportunidades.
- Orquestrar a colaboração entre equipes multidisciplinares, ter e estabelecer boa comunicação entre os times;
- Ser dono do backlog e de sua priorização.
- Contribuir na elaboração de cenários de teste em dados com os times envolvidos, coletar feedback e refinar constantemente os pipelines de dados.
- Medir o impacto dos seus dados nos objetivos de negócio.
