Description
The Alliances Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Alliances team, optimizing partner engagement processes, operational execution, and performance tracking across all partner channels. You will promote communication between team members and strategic, reseller, technology, and referral partners, ensuring efficient and revenue-aligned partner interactions.
Focus of this role will support strategic alliances with platform partners like Workday, ensuring seamless coordination, enablement, and execution of joint projects. You will report to the VP of Alliances and Resellers.
Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement & Operational Execution
- Develop, document, and implement best practices across all partnership types (Platform Partners, Referral, Technology and Reseller)
- Establish standardized processes for partner engagement, including sales cycles, business reviews, and communication cadences
- Coordinate internal and external partner-related meetings
- Support Workday and other important alliances by tracking engagement activities, managing partner requests, and escalating operational issues
- Support partnership projects to enhance collaboration
Partner & Reseller On-sites, Events and Enablement Support
- Support the planning and coordination of partner-related events, ensuring seamless internal collaboration.
- Facilitate Workday partner engagement, including event participation, communications, and ongoing relationship support.
- Oversee travel approval processes and event logistics
- Analyze event effectiveness, developing year-over-year performance insights to enhance future engagement strategies.
Performance Tracking & Business Insights
- Help develop partner performance tracking and reporting in Salesforce (SFDC) to provide insights
- Support pipeline reporting, business review preparation, and ongoing success tracking for Workday and other partner-driven revenue programs
- Evaluate engagement schedule and partner events for impact, recommending improvements to increase Return on investment
- Develop year-over-year comparisons of partner spend and engagement outcomes, ensuring data-driven decision-making
Technology, Communication, and Team Enablement
- Identify technology solutions that improve partner collaboration and engagement
- Work with Sales Enablement to develop Salesforce objects, dashboards, and reports that enhance partner visibility
- Maintain communication templates and partner-facing collateral, including: Integration Scorecards; Partner on Page Summaries; Partner Event Wrap-Up Reports; Pre-Event Briefing Snapshots
- Maintain a centralized team calendar, ensuring agreement across partner-related activities and programs
- Support the rollout of Seismic projects to enhance collateral accessibility for internal sales teams and external partner engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner operations, alliances, business development, sales support, or a similar role
- Project management experience - Experience prioritizing sales opportunities
- Experience working with partner ecosystems, channel sales, or strategic alliances
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for reporting, tracking, and pipeline management
- Experience developing partner-facing materials and internal documentation
- Experience analyzing data, tracking performance, and process improvements
- Experience with event coordination, partner enablement, and technology procurement
