You’ve got years of consultative experience under your belt working with organizations to bolster their security programs as a security architect, field CISO, or GRC consultant. Or maybe you’ve been fighting on the front lines leading sophisticated IR, red team, or pen testing engagements. Either way, you understand the business side of security in a way that it seems like the market struggles to. You know how to make security programs better and you want to help organizations do that . And ... it's time for a change of pace!
You've built weird texting relationships with security leaders in Fortune 500 companies and beyond, and you look forward to meeting up with friends and colleagues at B-Sides, Defcon, and maybe even RSA. Less travel would be nice, but you’re still hungry to make a difference.

This role starts with listening and expects probing questions that let us deeply understand customers’ problems. Sure, there are mechanics like setting clear expectations and regularly keeping in touch, but the magic has more to do with curiosity and creativity: conjuring solutions to problems your customers couldn’t figure out how to articulate in the first place. From there the mapping of solutions to use cases seems trivial.
We believe it’s important to “meet our customers where they are.” We expect an extensive background in security technology and a deep understanding of security operations. That's key to giving actionable advice when customers are dealing with an incident, deciding on new technology investments, or even designing their SOC. Will you move mountains to ensure customers are happy and be the go-to in a customers’ time of need? If so, then we’d love to hear from you!
