Requirements
- Proficient with Excel
- Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM, to include basic admin actions such as adding new users, workflows/validation rules, and creating custom fields
- Ability to follow and collaboratively improve key processes, specifically related to CRM maintenance and order processing
- Willingness to occasionally adjust the daily schedule to better overlap with colleagues in U.S. time zones

Responsibilities
- Work with salespeople, entering data as required, to ensure that information in Salesforce is up-to-date and in conformance with sales process standards
- Maintain various Excel spreadsheets with additional information and reporting related to the sales process
- Ensure that contractual documents (SOWs, MSAs, etc.) for Exadel engagements are organized and up-to-date
- Assist the Director of Revenue Operations in other tasks required for sales process management
