About Our Customer
The American memorabilia manufacturer is primarily known for producing yearbooks and class rings for high schools and colleges. The company also produced photobook products for Disney’s PhotoPass photography service at theme parks and resorts. In addition to its headquarters near Minneapolis and operational offices in Owatonna, Minnesota, the customer has facilities throughout the United States.
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and techniques
- Solid expertise in Scrum, with a deep understanding of events, artifacts, and roles
- Proven experience in scope management and handling change request flows
- Experience working in international teams across different time zones
- Strong ability to manage cross-team dependencies and proactively address blockers
- Competency in managing senior stakeholder relationships
- Availability for shifted working hours until 7 PM CET daily

Upper Intermediate+
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the delivery of features and projects, ensuring alignment with defined standards and governance structures
- Establish and uphold the Scrum framework, actively fulfilling the Scrum Master role within the team
- Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and blockers to maintain smooth execution
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Lead with accountability, demonstrating behaviors that align with company values and inspire others to follow
