The customer is acquiring new systems as part of consolidating the market, and all these systems have to be united into a future platform. Some will continue as is, while others need modernization. There are also areas that need individual parts carved out or need to be rebuilt from scratch using a better architecture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Understanding of requirements, their different types, stages (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management), and full software development lifecycle
  • Advanced technical skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle

English level

Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs
  • Be a proxy between product owners, development team, and project leaders, helping to improve development team effectiveness
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
  • Document and communicate the results of your efforts
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
