We are looking for a talented Office Manager to join our awesome team in Warsaw (Poland). You will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager
- Experience in working with accounting systems
- Leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work from our office (Warsaw, Emilii Plater 28) - on-site (stationary work)

Responsibilities
- Logging of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintaining postal services
- Making money transfers
- Managing and purchasing office inventory (direct communication with suppliers)
- Issuing the monthly invoices for foreign clients in Ifirma program (approx. 10 months)
- Guests and visitors reception
- Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Managing access cards according to the established procedures and policies
- Cooperating with compliance management team
- Cooperating with the accountant department, HR department, lawyer, and location manager
- Participating in social activities (and its preparation) within the company
- Providing information support to employees
- Booking transfers, hotels, etc. for foreign guests at their request (we have travel coordinators, you will just help her if needed)
