Requirements

• 7+ years of background in software development
  Proficiency in JavaScript, React
  Competency in back-end development using Node.js
  Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in a software development environment
  Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
  Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
  Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high levels of collaboration, productivity, and code quality
• Oversee the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions
• Actively participate in coding, development, and implementation of front-end applications using React
• Develop and maintain services 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products
• Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in the software development process and technology stack
