- 2+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer
- Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and best practices
- Proficiency with e-learning tools and LMS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating learning program effectiveness
- Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, video scripts, etc.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and course effectiveness
- Ensure that all learning content aligns with instructional design best practices and learning objectives
- Work with the Learning Management System (LMS) to upload, test, and maintain courses
- Provide recommendations for improving existing training programs based on feedback and learning analytics
- Assist in tracking learning metrics and reporting on course completion, engagement, and effectiveness
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and adult learning
- Collaborate with the L&D team to improve processes
