This role requires a proactive, self-motivated problem solver who can effectively navigate complex, enterprise-level projects, using data insights to inform strategic priorities and proactively resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will establish and maintain a trusted relationship with the customer, ensuring regular, open communication to discuss team performance, project initiatives, and opportunities for improvement. Acting as a critical communication bridge, you’ll gather and implement customer feedback, propose improvements, and continuously align deliverables with business and client expectations.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, and managing engineering teams, with a focus on fostering collaboration, performance, and technical excellence
- Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients, using regular communication to align on team performance, project initiatives, and actionable feedback
- 7+ years of background in engineering roles, with at least 3-5 years in a management or leadership position overseeing a sizable team (20+ engineers)
- Competency in working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and client representatives to drive alignment and enhance project outcomes
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices, with the ability to apply these methodologies to optimize team performance, streamline workflows, and foster continuous improvement
- Skilled in identifying and implementing improvements in project processes, workflows, and tooling to increase efficiency, productivity, and code quality
- Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of managing team dynamics effectively, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a collaborative, positive work environment that supports team morale and project continuity
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a proven ability to manage complex projects within fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including best practices in project management, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration to support effective and efficient project delivery
- Demonstrated ability to set, monitor, and analyze performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide team progress, prioritize initiatives, and resolve bottlenecks to achieve business goals
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, gathering actionable feedback and integrating data-driven insights into team practices and project strategies to optimize outcomes
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
