Position Overview
The Order Intake Representative I will be responsible for requisition receipt and intake of EMEA portal and orders.
The place of work is Warsaw, Poland.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Process incoming EMEA portal and orders.
- Create customer service cases and set the appropriate follow update.

- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy of data entry.
- Administer activities in pertinent queues.
- Document all Follow up activities in our Salesforce application according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the customer service department policy.
- Work closely with our billing team to coordinate information on payer requirements.
- Assist in building on existing customer base by providing the highest level of customer service and support.
- Adhere to relevant SOPs pertaining to the data entry requirements for accessioning applications.
- Maintain a proper data base of our accounts and contacts.
- Other administrative duties.

- Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 2+ years customer service experience.
- Significant PC knowledge and proficient in Windows OS.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Intermediate/Advanced level of English (B2 or higher).
- Intermediate/Advanced level of Polish (B2 or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years customer service experience in healthcare/lab or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience following SOPs.
- Knowledge of other European languages (Italian, French, Dutch, German, Spanish) and/or Japanese.
