Position Overview
This position is office based and reports to the International Franchise Leader Colorectal Cancer Screening. The Market Analyst will be responsible for helping members of the Colorectal Cancer Screening Franchise to understand market potential, market characteristics and data sources to develop a strategy for screening products in the International Business Unit. The key focus of the role is to support business planning for different key markets. Location: Warsaw (PL).

Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Analyze global markets in respect to incidence, patient potential, customer basis and reimbursement options.
- Drive desktop research, analyze secondary data to conclude and draw analytical assumptions for prioritization of markets.
- Ensure and maintain strong relationships with cross functional Franchise Team and colleagues in Global Functions to leverage local data for consolidated bottom-up analysis and ensure data integrity and accuracy of all data sources.
- Provide analysis of relevant market data to ensure business case preparation and adequate input.
- Provide analysis of, customer coverage and use of potential per country on demand.
- Develop/implement, automate & maintain easy-to-use tools for key stakeholders to support decision-making process.
- Support Business Units with relevant data for strategic plan, business roadmaps, business development opportunities.
- Conduct analysis by integrating multiple data sources to provide an objective viewpoint to support decision making.
- Works closely with corporate strategy team to generate recommendations for the optimal deployment of business intelligence data, methods and tools, in order to support business case calculations.
- Support the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards, to support key stakeholders drive key business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and sales to develop comprehensive launch plans.
- Generate forecasts and projections based on market data and trends to inform resource allocation and sales targets.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the product launch phase, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, finance or relevant field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics/data analysis, business intelligence or related field.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, any other languages are an asset.
- Experience in the pharma industry and/or beauty & personal care industry is a plus together with knowledge of classic Forecasting methodology and predictive analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis tools.
- Proven experience in market analysis, preferably in a product launch or market entry context.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tools to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Advanced Excel level (vlookup, match/index, goal seek, et.).
- Experience of Business Intelligence software (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel Cube) as well as Knowledge of data panels (IQVIA) and intelligence platforms.
- Good organizational skills, including efficiency and punctuality.
- Travel Requirements circa 10-20%.
