Position Overview
The Growth Initiatives Manager is responsible for coordinating Growth Initiative product execution efforts across various teams including Health System/Health Information Technology leaders, Customer Experience, Market Access, Revenue Cycle, and the field. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities, and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives while working to follow best practices to ensure their project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.

Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support the Growth Initiatives Senior Manager in the execution of growth initiative strategies and to ensure pull-through of prioritized tactics.
- Work with partners to optimize program intake processes as they relate to growth initiatives.
- Act as a business partner to directly or indirectly lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks to include effective creation and management of timelines, trackers, budgets, resources, risks, interdependencies, and project objectives.
- Direct and coordinate responsibilities within scope of authority to team members.
- Troubleshoot problems associated with coordination, development, and/or design of projects.
- Escalate issues when critical risks arise and maintain pulse with project activities to ensure progress.
- Monitor and prepare status reports on project deliverables and any deviation(s) from project plan(s).
- Demonstrated success with oral and written communications/presentations, influence and persuasion, results orientation, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work successfully within a matrix management organization.
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
- Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day.
- Ability to travel 30% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 3+ years of experience within sales, account management, marketing or field as outlined in the essential duties.
- 2+ years of product or progressive, broad-based project experience.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or field as outlined in essential duties.
- Knowledge of cancer diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or preventive health markets.
- Experience working in a pharmacy setting.
- Familiarity with pharmacy associations.
Salary Range:
$109,000.00 - $174,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
