EverQuote is looking for an exceptional individual to join as Senior Associate, Business Development to develop the strongest carrier relationships in our industry, raising the bar with our insurance carrier partners and internal stakeholders. This person will grow a client portfolio’s revenue by 40% consistently yearly and change the carriers’ perception from Everquote as a marketing company to EverQuote as a strategic growth partner.
The successful candidate will have experience with high-growth, data-driven account management teams. This leader will be responsible for owning the Enterprise business P&L, driving the expansion of our entire Enterprise business, and ensuring the team is delivering against growth roadmaps while contributing to the successful rollout of new products to our customers across varying account sizes.

What you'll do:
- Drive revenue through new account acquisition and account growth, meeting or exceeding all growth targets and performance metrics
- Support Senior BD team in key account planning
- Build a culture of accountability and urgency by transparently leveraging metrics and reporting to drive the right behaviors
- Develop and own the strategy for your book of Enterprise Accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product messaging, technology platform and competitive landscape
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to communicate the needs of EverQuote’s largest customers and product requirements
- Build excellent working relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and broader team
- Listen carefully to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the Product team and help prioritize functionality needed to drive account growth opportunities
- Bring a growth mindset to the team while continually driving accountability, trust, and integrity
- Help to move deals across the line with the team
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of enterprise account management and leadership experience
- Experience analyzing commercial performance metrics and summarizing insights to drive organizational change
- Experience directly managing client relationships
- Deep comfort with excel
- Experience with Property & Casualty Insurance preferred
- Exceptional credibility with previous team members and organizations
- Strong track record of decisiveness and accountability in previous roles
- Proven approach of providing servant leadership through emotional intelligence and "grit"
