Everbridge, a global leader in SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Network Procurement Administrator to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK.
As a Network Procurement Administrator, you will play a vital role in expanding and maintaining the Anvil/Everbridge Medical Assistance and Security Operations Global Network. You will manage the vetting and onboarding of new providers, ensure ongoing performance monitoring, and build strong relationships with our global partners.
What you'll do:
- Research and Vetting of Providers: Identifying gaps within the existing network and conduct extensive research on prospective providers by analysing their quality, cost-efficiency, value, and organisational fit to facilitate the selection and to fill those gaps.
- Onboarding Coordination: Perform background checks, verification of their credentials, insurance and documentation to ensure that Anvil/Everbridge standards are met, and the provider is suitable and cost effective to be added to the network.
- Contract Preparation and Management: Assist in the preparation, review, and completion of providers’ service agreements and ensure all related documentation and the case management and account system are kept up to date.
- Provider Communication and Support: Act as liaison for vendor inquiries to facilitate effective communication among providers, procurement, and other departments.
- Performance Tracking and Data Management:Maintains and updates providers performance records by documenting Operation’s feedback, necessary to monitor quality and compliance to the service agreement.
- Cost Containment Analysis: Collaborate with Operations to assess provider performance, monitor costs, and identify opportunities to reduce spend while maintaining service quality.
- Mutual Opportunities: Engage providers and understand their service to identify potential products/services that can be offered by Everbridge to enhance the collaboration.
- Relationship Management and Follow-up: Provide consistent administrative support to the providers to maintain good relations, through regular follow-ups regarding performance issues, cost optimisation and identification of further strengthening of partnerships.
- Contract Review and Renewal Support: Assist the review of existing contracts to make sure that they present best value, cost efficiency, and take part in the renewal process when necessary.

- High school diploma or associate degree in a related field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and other database systems.
