We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to share Esri's employer brand with the world. You are a listener, storyteller, and visionary; able to understand a brand and create tactical, engaging content to attract qualified candidates. You understand Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding principles and can apply this to Esri's messaging and recruitment marketing strategies.
This role sits within the Human Resources division and partners closely with Marketing, Social Media, and Brand teams to achieve goals. You are adept at project management, adapting to change, and collaborating closely with others.

Responsibilities
- Drive results. Maintains a consistent schedule of content generation on social media channels. Curates content incorporating Esri Employee Value Proposition pillars. Assists in projects across the Recruitment Marketing funnel, from career site updates to candidate experience initiatives. Assists with internal messaging on internal channels including Esri's intranet, digital signage, and more.
- Foster relationships. Works with cross-functional teams such as Recruiters, HR Business Partners, and HR Information Systems to establish Esri as a preferred employer to candidates. Collaborates with members of the marketing team (social media, web, content marketing, and more) to ensure updated information is shared across channels. Provides excellent internal and external experience to all employees and candidates through various interactions and partnerships.
- Be an expert. Maintains and reviews social KPIs monthly and yearly to determine engagement and channel growth. Effectively captures photo, video, and written testimonials from across the business to build engagement across teams internally and externally. Stays abreast of social media trends and updates in the industry.
Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive experience in recruitment marketing/employer branding
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to plan, shoot, edit, and produce content in written, graphics, and video formats
- Strong ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback while being adaptable and flexible
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across Esri
- Outstanding customer service, project management, attention to detail, and consistent follow through
- Ability to organize and express ideas clearly, multi-task, and work independently
- Bachelor's in business, marketing, human resources, or related field
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Experience with Hootsuite social media platform
- Experience in a technology company
- Experience using content creator tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva, and more
- Background in recruiting, sales, and/or marketing

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$66,560 - $96,200 USD
