Overview
Join a dynamic team dedicated to designing, developing, and testing the StreetMap Premium data products that support the ArcGIS platform. You'll work with a team of exceptional geographic content engineers, geospatial analysts, and developers in the United States and around the world who design, build, and release a rich collection of geographic data and services and other GIS content for our user community.
Responsibilities
- Test and ensure quality for StreetMap Premium data products through automated and manual methods, maintaining and updating testing procedures, and tracking software/data issues
- Investigate and address software/data issues and user feedback, collaborating with the development team and other Esri teams as needed
- Gather and manage StreetMap Premium requirements by communicating with internal teams, distributors, and users
- Design and perform data processing procedures and\or ETL tools for 3rd party data schema conversion into StreetMap Premium formats
- Provide support to key customers, addressing issues related to mapping, geocoding, and routing, and facilitating communication and status updates
- Update product documentation, including release notes and help guides, and assist with licensing updates for product releases
- Train Esri Technical Support on StreetMap Premium features, functionality, and common user issues

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise software
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to effectively collect, analyze, and resolve issues
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently or collaboratively
- Proficient in data processing using ArcGIS Pro or Microsoft SQL Server
- Skilled in publishing and testing mapping, geocoding, and routing services with Enterprise software on Windows and Linux
- Experienced with issue tracking tools (such as Triage, GitHub) and software testing/data quality control
- Bachelor's in information technology, GIS, Transportation, Engineering, Geography, Natural Resources, or related discipline
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience in ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS StreetMap Premium data
- Experience in geocoding with locators and using Esri's Network Analyst extension
- Experienced in testing web services (REST), programming with Python, and using ModelBuilder
- Skilled in writing technical documentation, including help guides and product release notes

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$74,984 - $128,544 USD
