Overview
As part of our Enterprise Business Intelligence team, you will l ead a team delivering actionable and insightful information products t o stakeholders across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of analytical expertise , technology-driven insight, and leadership to foster a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a capable team of BI professionals, providing guidance and support related to their project efforts, professional growth, and career development
- Engage with leadership across the enterprise to understand their reporting and analysis needs and develop strategies to deliver on those needs
- Oversee the creation of insightful Power BI reports and dashboards, driving operational excellence and strategic decisions making
- Collaborate with technology peers to establish transformative data strategies and to coordinate cross-functional activities required to drive BI projects forward
- Maintain effective communication and transparency of work and deliverables with core stakeholders

Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Business Applications, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of effective team management and project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, coupled with excellent communication skills, to engage and inspire a high-performing team and articulate complex information clearly to various stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and drive the design and delivery of visually appealing information products that influence decision making activities
- A proven history of initiating and successfully driving process improvements and strategic projects, showcasing a commitment to ongoing operational excellence
- Proficiency working with business intelligence and analytical reporting tools

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
Recommended Qualifications
- Working knowledge of collaboration and analysis tools including Visio, Lucid charts, Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, SQL and relational databases
- Demonstrates a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$72,800 - $135,200 USD
