As a Real Estate Industry Manager, you will stay up-to-date on leading technical, economic, and societal trends and research to develop go-to-market strategies that help organizations meet their real estate portfolio goals by leveraging geospatial technology and data. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make an impact across many industry sectors on how organizations can optimize real estate investments, reduce operational footprint, and build a more resilient real estate and asset portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Research, analyze and monitor relevant industry, technological, and financial trends to identify and capitalize on the best on market opportunities
- Deliver thought leadership through regular cadence of content (such as webinars, case studies, collateral, social media programs, videos and event plans) that demonstrate the value of ArcGIS as an essential enterprise business system
- Support strategic sales opportunities as a subject matter expert and work with account managers to drive penetration in key accounts
- Develop and maintain high-value relationships across industry with influencers, partners, customers and peers that strengthens your and Esri's reputation within the GIS community
- Provide knowledge about competition and customers to the business cross sector teams and participate in joint value messaging to industry executives
- Synchronize and integrate marketing and sales plans into annual global business development plans to coordinate resourcing and execution for highest impact
- Work with channels and sales enablement team members to ensure awareness of industry marketing programs (messaging, positioning, assets, and credentials)
- Provide coaching and direction for industry and marketing professionals to drive market education, influence and awareness
Requirements
- Widely known, respected, and influential in the real estate industry, including but not exclusive to commercial real estate development and/or corporate real estate portfolio management or similar field
- 8+ years of experience in key real estate leadership and decision-making roles with demonstrated geospatial innovation and advanced application of software technology
- 5+ years of leadership experience with the ability to successfully strategize, inspire, and achieve goals at all levels within an organization, from C-suite to knowledge workers
- 5+ years of experience working in multi-discipline teams with proven ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence business and technical audiences
- Demonstrated excellence in written and presentation abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing purpose and tactics
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally
- Bachelor's degree in geography, business, or similar field

Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$104,000 - $176,800 USD
