Overview
Be part of a team that takes ArcGIS products to market. Craft ArcGIS Productization Plans, the authoritative source used throughout the company to operationally implement the business processes, workflows and procedures necessary to license, deliver, and support the ArcGIS family of products. This role requires a highly driven, self-motivated, innovative individual to work across the organization to ensure the best experience for our global customers.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain productization plans for assigned products that include detailed definitions for business models, sales distribution channels, business policies, and license enablement, ensuring that primary objectives of the product plan are achieved
- Understand internal business processes, suggesting changes to accommodate future product initiatives and enhance customer experience
- Support the implementation of productization requirements with key operational teams across the company. Maintain a clear line of communication to ensure these teams have what they need to build/update processes and business systems to meet release deadlines
- Monitor operational readiness for future product and/or program releases, providing timely reports to stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date status of productization release requirements
- Continuously strive to enhance processes and introduce new ways to achieve operational efficiency
- Oversee project assignments that support the business management team and other departments
- Collaborate with peers to continuously drive process improvement and innovation

Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience working in a business or product management capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with collaborators at all levels of the organization
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
- A self-starter willing to take ownership and be able to make things happen with minimal supervision
- Must be detail oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with the standards of technical writing
- Demonstrated experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's in business, information systems, GIS, or related field

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$71,448 - $118,976 USD
