ELS is hiring for the position of Regional MH Sales Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona.
What you'll do:
The Regional MH Sales Manager oversees the sales and marketing activities for the properties in a defined region.
Your job will include:
- Develop business plans for individual communities focused on increasing revenue and occupancy.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of the sales reporting process and leverage data to identify opportunities.
- Monitor property sales programs and ensure that managers optimize all sales opportunities.
- Maintain or exceed the sales goals specified in the annual budget.
- Monitor and adjust the advertising budget based on sales activity.
- Develop and implement new strategies to market communities to potential customers.
- Ensure that new homes meet scheduled construction timelines in order to satisfy closing dates.
- Monitor new community home inventory to ensure proper levels are maintained.
- Identify marketing sources that generate qualified leads and implement strategies to capitalize on their success.
- Maintain a current knowledge of the competitive landscape for the region's properties.
- Review and approve sales contracts.
- Ensure that closing documents are timely and accurate.
- Provide community traffic reports to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide timely and accurate community market studies and maintain a current understanding of the competitive environment for each property.
- Conduct new home inventory for each community to manage optimum inventory levels.
- Monitor the closing ratios of the sales staff for each property.

Experience & skills you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of real estate sales experience.
- Ability to analyze sales operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriate.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong presentation skills and a high degree of comfort with public speaking.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
Willingness and ability to travel.

Estimated compensation for this position in the states of CA, CO, IL, MD, MN, NY, and WA is:
Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $50,000.00
