ELS is hiring for the position of Partnership Administrator in Orlando, Florida.

JOB SUMMARY:

As the RV Dealer Support person, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the RV Dealer Team. Specific duties include data entry, handling all incoming/outgoing mail and telephone calls, problem solving, customer service and information gathering.

• Dealer registration data entry

• Outbound calls to dealers to gather updated information

• Dealer record maintenance

• Compiles reports for Managers

• Tracks Marketing requests

• Processes new dealer requests

• Attends weekly team meetings

• Assists with travel scheduling for Managers

• Maintains and keeps all dealer documentation organized

• Works with qualifying vendors making sure they meet all marketing requirements

• Maintains office supply and equipment for department

• Produces and distributes notes and documentation at scheduled meetings

• Performs other duties as assigned

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Some office experience preferred

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business correspondence, including documents and spreadsheets

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public

• Strong foundation in fundamental math concepts. Ability to calculate figures and amounts

• Computer literacy and ability to perform word processing and data entry into spreadsheets; Word and Excel preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management skills
