ELS is hiring for the position of Maintenance - Arrowhead RV Campground in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.

What you'll do:

Come put your skills to the test as part of our Arrowhead RV Campground maintenance team. Breath in the fresh air, feel the reward of accomplishing daily tasks, learn new skills, work with other departments as needed, and go home smelling like campfire. Our team members treat our campground as if it were their own and keep everything running smoothly for our guests. You will work as a team participant along with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by our company.

• Maintaining grounds, campsites and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.
• Mow, weed, and edge common areas and vacant lot grounds.
• Repair, paint, and build as needed for various projects.
• Work closely with management and Maintenance Supervisor to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property and maintenance shop.
• Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with management and staff and work closely with them on all special maintenance projects.
• Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.
• You will be required to move heavy objects and use machinery.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner

• Previous maintenance or landscaping experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Organizational skills, good communication and attention to details
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and run small equipment
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Willing and able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
